	WE are in September the month of art where the entire Mzansi will be celebrating heritage in various ways of life. The 18-year-old Tshiamo “Tshimi” Ngwenya a grade 12 leaner at Vuleka SSB funded by the Alexandra Education Committee who has been doing it for the community since the age of 14 feels now is the time the world knows what is he made of. He fell in love with the power of words relating to every circumstance that human being encounter in life having influenced by Angelou and Lebo Mashile with their much impact on people’s life which inspired him to write poems. He then met with Reneilwe Boitumelo Nkosi also a poet who made him realized the true gift and potential he has to take on the world. One of Tshimi’s greatest poems was the National English Olympiad at school, which did very well and got higher marks to keep his foot on the ground of art.</p>

	His vision is to change the community art industry into a business environment where youngsters will consider it as the empowerment to the future by inspiring them to realize their potential and implementing change in their communities. He started a community project in 2014, which currently has 15 youngsters from Alex participating in dance classes, yoga and physical training programs on weekends and during school holidays. They hope to get assistance to make an impact in Kasi film and media industry. They hold their sessions at the centre of Alex inside Sankopano Hall and they appealing to sponsors to help with yoga mats, first aid kits, sound system and refreshments.</p>

	This will also attract more youth and adults to their healthy living programs, which will decrease illnesses and produce a healthy living community. Tshimi’s wish is to have some potential investors from the community to make provision for necessary requirements and proper space to mount this community project. He is currently working on his 70 pages publication called Behind My Walls #BMW to be launched soon talking more about facts about life.
